Housing Incentive
To accelerate development, the Municipality has approved a housing development incentive bylaw that offers a suite of development incentives for eligible housing constructions, which includes grant up to $25,000 per dwelling unit, property tax rebate, municipal permit fee rebate and streamlined approval.
